By placing an order, you are agreeing to the policies stated on this page.
Requesting a Custom Order
All custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit in order to secure their date / order. I can not hold a date/order without a deposit. Once deposit is received, your order is officially on my calendar. An invoice sent through Square of the remaining balance will be due a day prior to pick up.
Order details are final 30 days prior to pick up. Any order cancelled within 30 days of pick up will not receive their deposit back.
A message is sent prior to production, including: order details and pick up information / time. Production can not begin without the customer acknowledging this message.
Design Details
Cookie shapes/designs will not be the exact same as the inspiration photos any customer sends. Please note products may vary.
Color matching is not 100% guaranteed. I will try my best to match colors to color schemes provided by the customer.
Order Pick Up
All orders must be picked up at our storefront: 69 N Main St., Mullica Hill NJ. No shipping options available.
Please be prompt for pick up. Orders will only be held until the end of the business day that pick up is scheduled for.
Once the order is picked up, I am no longer responsible for anything that happens to the order.
Walk-In Purchases
In addition to custom orders, walk-in purchases can be made at the storefront in Mullica Hill, NJ during store hours.
